We Believe

God

We believe that there is only one God. He exists in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus

Jesus is the Son of God. He is fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a perfect and holy life and died to redeem all people from our sin against a Holy God. He arose bodily from the grave and ascended into heaven. He will one day literally return to the earth.

Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit convicts unbelievers of their need for salvation and He is dwells within believers and is an active teacher, guide and comforter.

Bible

The Bible is the inspired Word of God without error.

Man

We believe that all people are created in the image of God. All of us are separated from God because of our sin that has been inherited through the first man, Adam.

Salvation

We believe that salvation is a free gift of God that is attained by repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Assurance

We believe that believers cannot lose the gift of salvation after receiving it. We are secure in Christ.

Eternity

We believe that those who die without the forgiveness of sins will spend eternity separated from God in hell. Those who have been forgiven of sins in Christ will spend eternity in heaven with Christ.

Church

We believe that the church is comprised of a local body of believers with Jesus Christ as the head.

Prayer 

We believe that every believer has direct access to God the Father through Jesus Christ.

Government

We believe that church is separate from state and that God is the head of the church.
